In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on sor76, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal person).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sor76 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at sor76's sole discretion.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be self-excluded from any online gaming platform or subject to any court or regulatory order prohibiting participation in gaming activities.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of sor76 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Clause 7. sor76 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, date of birth, Indonesian mobile number, and any other information requested. You must keep your account information up to date at all times. sor76 shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by a Member.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify sor76 support immediately via live chat at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification. sor76 applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued Indonesian identity document (KTP or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by sor76 support will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is satisfied.

3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts on sor76 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by your payment provider. sor76 does not charge a currency conversion fee but is not responsible for rates applied by third-party banking or e-wallet providers.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. sor76 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the cashier section of your Account at all times.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposit Amounts. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of transaction. sor76 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) are typically credited to your Account within 1 to 5 minutes of confirmed receipt. Deposits via e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited within 60 seconds. sor76 is not responsible for delays caused by banking or e-wallet system outages outside its control.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have passed KYC verification prior to first withdrawal.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance (bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements in Clause 5).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• sor76 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallet channels and within 1 to 3 hours for bank transfer channels during normal operating conditions. These timelines are targets, not guarantees.

4.5 Withdrawal Limits. Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply per Account. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section. sor76 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds, which may extend processing time.

4.6 No Third-Party Payments. sor76 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources and will not process withdrawals to accounts not held in the Member's own name. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by sor76 are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the total bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount plus the bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.

5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward the completion of a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute a lower percentage. Sports betting wagers may contribute at a different rate depending on the promotion. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion page.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not met within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion page will be automatically forfeited without further notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. sor76 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using arbitrage betting strategies specifically to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Members may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states that it may be combined with another offer. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in the prior bonus being voided.

6.1 Acceptance of Wagers. sor76 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to: wagers placed on events whose outcome is already known, wagers that exceed the maximum stake limits for a given market, or wagers placed after an event has commenced (except where in-play betting is explicitly offered).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake amounts per Wager are displayed in the relevant betting interface or game lobby at the time of placement. These limits may vary by product, market, and account standing.

6.3 Erroneous Odds. In the event that incorrect odds, prices, or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or human error, sor76 reserves the right to void any wagers placed at those erroneous prices and to offer a settlement at the correct price. sor76 will notify affected Members as promptly as practicable.

6.4 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical failure during a game round, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Account. sor76's decision in such matters is final. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws that are interrupted or cancelled will be re-drawn or voided at sor76's discretion in accordance with the game provider's rules.

6.5 Live In-Play Betting. Bets placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to real-time odds changes. sor76 offers live betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League, and other supported leagues. Odds are updated continuously; the price confirmed at the point of bet acceptance is the binding price regardless of subsequent movement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sor76 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or ongoing account maintenance.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software vulnerability may be voided.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law, using VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt interference with sporting events on which wagers are offered.
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing third parties to operate your Account on your behalf.

8.1 Commitment. sor76 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The tools described in this clause are available to all Members at no cost and without the need to provide justification for their use.

8.2 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase becomes effective.

8.3 Session Time Limits. Members may configure session duration alerts and automatic session termination from Account settings. These tools are designed to support awareness of time spent on the Platform.

8.4 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request self-exclusion from sor76 for a period of their choosing (minimum 6 months, maximum permanent). Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to sor76 support via live chat. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request confirmation. During a self-exclusion period, the Member's Account is suspended, login is blocked, and all marketing communications are ceased.

8.5 Reality Checks. sor76 provides optional on-screen notifications at configurable intervals reminding Members of time elapsed in the current session and net wager/win positions. Members are encouraged to use these tools as part of healthy gaming habits.

8.6 Underage Gaming Prevention. sor76 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage gaming. Any person suspected of being under 21 years of age will have their account suspended pending age verification. All content on the sor76 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database structures — is owned by or licensed to sor76 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

Members must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without sor76's prior written consent. The sor76 name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of sor76. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

10.1 Platform Availability. sor76 aims to maintain continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted access. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party network outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. sor76 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sor76 excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

10.3 Maximum Liability Cap. Where sor76's liability cannot be excluded entirely at law, sor76's total aggregate liability to a Member in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the Member's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform integrates with third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe), payment processors, and other service providers. sor76 is not liable for errors, failures, or losses arising from the conduct of these third parties beyond sor76's reasonable operational control.

sor76 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of identity and contact information for KYC purposes; transaction data for financial record-keeping and fraud prevention; device and session data for security monitoring; and communication preferences for marketing (subject to your opt-in or opt-out settings).

sor76 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data shared with payment processors and game providers is limited to what is necessary for the provision of the relevant service. All data transfers are conducted under contractual data protection obligations.

12.1 Termination by Member. You may close your Account at any time by contacting sor76 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by sor76. sor76 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member.
• A determination by sor76 that continued operation of the Account presents unacceptable risk.

12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. sor76 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which is available on request from sor76 support. Members will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.

sor76 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where an immediate amendment is required by law or to address an urgent security or integrity concern, in which case the change may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change. The current version of these Terms is always available at sor76.pro/terms-conditions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sor76 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits sor76's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, protect intellectual property rights, or address fraud.

For Members based in Indonesia: while online gaming is subject to legal restrictions in the Republic of Indonesia, these Terms and your use of sor76 are governed as described above. You are responsible for independently determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering an Account. sor76 makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
